The THRIVE project is a dynamic skills project funded by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund, administered by Pembrokeshire County Council and delivered by Really Pro to the people of Pembrokeshire.
On Friday 16th February 2024 six individuals from Dezza’s Cabin in Pembrokeshire engaged with the THRIVE project attending L2 Basic life skills & safe use of an AED Defibrillator training in Pembroke supporting local people to become Wellbeing volunteers to be able to support the community.
They also assisted the project as volunteers in putting together THRIVE ENERGY PACKS that consist of energy saving home essentials i.e. radiator covers, light bulbs etc. The THRIVE ENERGY PACKS will be donated to individuals experiencing energy poverty due to the cost of living crisis and projects supporting those in need.

Ar Ddydd Gwener y 16eg o Chwefror, ymgysylltodd chwe unigolyn o Gaban Dezza, Sir Benfro gyda phrosiect THRIVE, yn mynychu hyfforddiant L2 Sgiliau Achub Bywyd Sylfaenol a Sut i ddefnyddio Diffibriliwr AED yn Ddiogel i gefnogi pobl leol i ddod yn Wirfoddolwyr Lles i allu cefnogi’r gymuned.
Wnaeth hefyd noddi’r prosiect fel gwirfoddolwr a rhoi PECYNNAU EGNI THRIVE at ei giliydd sydd yn cynnwys pethau angenrheidiol arbed ynni’r tŷ, ee; clawr gwresogydd, bylbiau golau ayyb. Mae’r PECYNNAU EGNI THRIVE yn cael eu hanrhegu i bobl sydd efo anhawster egni oherwydd yr argyfwng costau byw, a phrosiectau sydd yn cefnogi pobol mewn angen..
Kristina Wray, Manager of Dezza’s Cabin said about the training “Very informative, great delivery, would recommend.” Tomos Lindley from Haverfordwest also said “The use of real
life scenarios is very useful”.
Dywedodd Kristina Wray, rheolwr o Gaban Dezza, am yr hyfforddiant “Addysgiadol iawn, cyflenwad gwych, byddwn yn argymell.” Hefyd dywedodd Tomos Lindley o Hwlffordd “Mae defnyddio senarios bywyd go iawn yn ddefnyddiol iawn”.
