The Hospitality Academi is a dynamic skills project funded by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund, administered by Carmarthenshire County Council. The project is designed to help hospitality, leisure, accommodation and tourism businesses across Carmarthenshire to upskill, retrain and attract new staff.

Ivo Lima, owner of Spilman Hotel, Carmarthen and 4 of their staff were the recent beneficiaries of FREE L2 Basic Life Skills & Safe use of a AED Defibrillator via The Hospitality Academi project funded by the UK Government.

Mae’r Academi Lletygarwch yn brosiect sgiliau dynamig gan y Gronfa Ffyniant Cyffredin y DU, a gweinyddwyd gan Gyngor Sir Gâr. Mae’r prosiect wedi’i gynllunio i helpu lletygarwch, hamdden, llety a thwristiaeth busnes dros Sir Gâr i uwchsgilio, ail hyfforddi a denu staff newydd.
